1. What is BPT?

✅ BPT is monthly financial assistance to lighten the burden on families or caregivers caring for bedridden Persons with Disabilities (PWD) or bedridden chronic patients. The purpose is to keep patients in the family and encourage continuous care.

  • Bedridden Chronic Patients
  • Caregivers or families providing full-time intensive care

3. Application Eligibility

Eligibility Description
Citizenship & Residency Malaysian citizen and resident in Malaysia
Household Income Less than RM3,000 per month
Care Requirements Requires full-time intensive care (confirmed by medical report)

4. Aid Amount

RM500.00 per month per eligible person.

5. Application Procedure

  1. 📅 Visit the nearest District Social Welfare Office (PKMD).
  2. ✅ Fill in Form JKM 18.
  3. ✅ Attach medical report from a specialist.
