Bedridden Persons with Disabilities (PWD/OKU) or bedridden patients with chronic illnesses.
Income Criteria
Total household monthly income must not exceed RM 3,000.00.
Eligibility Requirements

The applicant must be a full-time caregiver for the patient.

The patient must be bedridden or requires constant 24-hour supervision.

Verified and evaluated by Social Welfare Department (JKM) officers.
Application Procedure
Visit Nearest Office
Go to your nearest District Social Welfare Office (PKMD) to obtain application forms.
Prepare Documentation
Fill in Form JKM 18 and attach a certified Medical Report from a specialist.
Home Evaluation
JKM officers will conduct a home visit to investigate and evaluate the living conditions.
